• You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• After 7 days, or if any tests have been completed, refunds cannot be provided due to the digital nature of our products.
• You maintain full access to your quiz packs for 12 months from the purchase date.

• Quiz Access: You have 180 days from the date of purchase to access and take quizzes. After this period, you will no longer be able to start new quizzes.
• Review Access: Once you complete a quiz, you have 180 days from the completion date to review your results and answers. After this period, the review feature will no longer be available.
• Progress Tracking: Your progress and scores are permanently saved and can be viewed in your dashboard even after the access period expires.
• Dashboard Visibility: Expired quizzes will be clearly marked in your dashboard with "Access Expired" or "Review Expired" status.
